We recognise that procurement decisions impact more than just supply chains—they influence communities, skills, and the environment. Our initiatives actively contribute to long-term economic and social benefits:

Mentoring & Skills Development:

We support future engineers through both work experience and industry placements as well as being active on mentoring programs associated to professional institutions.

On customer projects, we focus on knowledge transfer, upskilling client teams, and fostering local job opportunities—directly contributing to long-term employment and sustainable workforce growth.

Community Engagement & Inclusion:

We have funded specialist work placements for disabled students, ensuring each participant receives tailored support from trained helpers.

Our Engineering Director, Rob Harborne, plays an active role in the local and national Scouting movement, developing leadership and technical skills among young people.

As we continue refining our environmental strategies, we remain committed to social responsibility, ethical governance, and delivering value to both our clients and the communities in which we operate.
